While it is usually easy to get people excited in the short term, moving people from excitement to passionate loyalty takes a longer effort. It takes relationship building. In my professional career, I have certainly helped brand leaders generate excitement. These are fun, limited engagements that everyone enjoys. But the true satisfaction is when we can work together to build something that lasts, that earns customer loyalty, and something everyone can be passionate about.
